Alla Prima Demonstration, Application and Development
Max Ginsburg, a social realist painter of people, will demonstrate his alla prima approach while painting a head study from life. Ginsburg will strive to capture the character, gesture and expression of the model's individuality through careful observation of the model's unique form as seen in the shapes, value and color. Following the demo, Ginsburg will present an overview of his work including head and figure studies, still life’s and multifigure compositions.
